Job Description
$150,000 Sign-on Bonus for External Candidates

OptumCare Cancer Care is actively seeking a skilled Medical Oncologist to become part of our dynamic multi-specialty group. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of integrated, value-based cancer care. Our state-of-the-art Cancer Center is located at the gateway to the Las Vegas Medical District, providing critical resources to our patients.
Position Highlights:
• Monday through Friday schedule with manageable patient volume.
• Inpatient consults focused on established patients or those qualifying for our services; consultations are efficiently managed among the team.
• Shared call among team members, only one week at a time.
• Utilize Epic EMR to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate in a team-based model with oncology advanced practice clinicians and specialty teams to deliver patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary, sign-on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan.

• Generous time-off policies including PTO, nine paid company holidays, and one week of paid CME.

Required Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology.
• Unrestricted license to practice in Nevada or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• DEA License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
The salary range for this role is $281,500 to $708,000 annually, reflecting total cash compensation at target. Final compensation will consider various factors including experience and performance metrics.
