This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

u0009Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

u0009Practice Setting: Outpatient

u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Catheter management and bone marrow biopsy

u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days

u0009Electronic Medical Records: Epic

u0009Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) required

u0009Licensure required: Active Indiana License or Compact Letter Required
