Interim Oncology Manager, Melanoma/Hema. Onc./Neuro
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170000.00 - $175000.00
A Georgia healthcare facility is seeking their next Interim Oncology Manager, Melanoma/Hema. Onc./Neuro!
The Position
• An Interim Oncology Manager, Melanoma/Hema. Onc./Neuro, is needed to provide leadership and operational oversight for a high-acuity hematology and oncology unit.
• The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 25+ FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include driving quality and process improvement initiatives, stabilizing and developing the care team, strengthening collaboration with physicians and outpatient partners, and ensuring high standards of patient care delivery.
• The ideal candidate will have strong oncology leadership experience, preferably in an academic setting, with a proven ability to lead transformational change, improve team dynamics, and optimize clinical outcomes. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active GA and/or compact RN license is required.
• Experience with chemo administration is required.
Compensation Details
• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
