Job Description
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Oncology- Kinston are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Fellowship trained Hematology Oncologist to join their regional ECU Health Cancer Care Hematology Oncology team in Kinston, North Carolina. This full-time opportunity involves growing a community-based general oncology practice with both inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities. The successful candidate will join an established practice supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and a strong referral base.

• ECU Health Oncology Kinston Cancer Center includes an infusion suite with 12 infusion spaces, 10 patient exam rooms, a team of experienced nurses and nurse navigators, and radiation oncology services
• Support from the ECU Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC
Responsibilities
• Development of treatment plans for newly diagnosed patients
• Chemotherapy oversight
• Supervision of advance practice provider for follow up patients
• Participation in tumor board
• Rounding at local hospital
