Job Summary & Responsibilities
Seeking a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for outpatient care support.
Key duties include: managing complex hematology and oncology cases, conducting treatment visits, follow-ups, and new patient assessments.
The role involves full patient panel management with significant care coordination.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Certifications & Licensure: Board Certified, BLS, and Louisiana or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license.
EMR System: Epic.
Practice Setting: Outpatient.
Credentialing: Approximately 120 days required.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience with hematology and oncology patients
Strong care coordination skills
Ability to manage a full patient panel efficiently
Excellent communication and clinical skills
