Job Description
Join OSF HealthCare and be part of building a comprehensive cancer program where innovation, collaboration, and community connection elevate patient care. OSF HealthCare is expanding its Medical Oncology team by inviting board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologists to help shape a transformative, community-based cancer care hub in Bloomington–Normal. This role allows you to work within an integrated network, providing exceptional patient-centered care and outreach across the east I-74 corridor.
Practice Info
• Join a new, strategically built Medical Oncology practice designed to complement established radiation oncology, oncologic surgery, and advanced specialty care
• Work within a system that prioritizes multidisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based pathways, and whole-person care
• Embedded within OSF Saint Joseph Medical Center’s established oncology ecosystem, including a mature radiation oncology program, and weekly tumor boards
• Support services include oncology navigators, lymphedema therapy, survivorship programs, and dedicated office support staff with APP integration as volumes grow
• Serve patients across Bloomington, Pontiac, and Clinton through well-supported outreach clinics
• Access all four phases of clinical trials through OSF Cancer Institute in Peoria
Responsibilities
• Focus on comprehensive care including, but not limited to, lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers
Compensation
• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $575,000-$673,000
• Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement

Requirements
• Education: Doctorate
• Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served (Preferred)
