Full-Time Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Role: RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a Med Tele unit.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients, oversee daily unit workflow, and support bedside nurses.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of evidence-based practice.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain a focus on quality outcomes through compassionate care and leadership.
