Role Description The Director of Clinical Services is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for overseeing the clinical programs and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. This role involves providing clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams, guiding treatment planning and implementation for ABA and behavioral health services, and monitoring outcomes to maintain best practices and regulatory compliance. The Director will collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners, support staff training and professional development, and refine clinical policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, participating in case reviews, addressing escalated client concerns, and working closely with senior leadership to expand and improve services. The Director of Clinical Services also contributes to strategic initiatives, quality improvement projects, and the development of innovative care models in natural settings.

Qualifications



- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, with experience overseeing clinical services for diverse populations.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Home Care approaches as they relate to integrated, community-based behavioral health and support services.
- Strong background in Training, including developing and delivering clinical education, coaching staff, and supporting ongoing professional development.
- Advanced degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavior analysis, or a related clinical field; relevant licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, BCBA) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams, with strong skills in supervision, performance management, and collaboration.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, ethical, and quality standards; experience with documentation, reporting, and outcome measurement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and community partners.
- Experience in ABA, early childhood services, or family support programs is highly beneficial; familiarity with the Delaware Valley community is a plus.
