Role Description The Director of Clinical Programs is a full-time, on-site position based in Oradell, NJ. This role oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical and wellness programs, ensuring they align with organizational standards and evidence-based practices. The Director will carry a caseload of clients and manage day-to-day clinical operations, including supervising multidisciplinary clinical staff, monitoring caseloads, and maintaining high-quality documentation and compliance. Responsibilities include developing new programs and services, refining existing initiatives based on outcomes and feedback, and collaborating with leadership to set strategic priorities. The Director will work closely with community partners, participate in quality improvement efforts, support staff training and professional development, and ensure that all services reflect the Center’s commitment to inclusive, family-centered care.

Qualifications


- Demonstrated expertise in clinical operations and program development, including overseeing workflows, staffing, and service delivery models.
- Strong background in mental health care, with experience in assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of services for individuals and families.
- Knowledge of clinical trials or structured clinical initiatives, including the ability to integrate evidence-based practices into program design.
- Foundational understanding of medicine or related health disciplines to support integrated, multidisciplinary care.
- Advanced degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related clinical field and full clinical licensure in NJ
- Experience in leadership or management roles within healthcare, mental health, or community wellness settings.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to guide program decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and community partners.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care; experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.
