A leading private capital services organization is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth across the private assets market. This highly visible sales leadership role focuses on generating new business opportunities within private equity, private credit, and private real estate sectors. The successful candidate will leverage an established industry network, deepen relationships with key market participants, and partner with internal stakeholders to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

Job Details



Generate new business opportunities within private equity, private credit, and private real estate sectors

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives

Identify prospective fund administration clients and build targeted outreach campaigns

Build relationships with newly formed and existing private investment firms

Consult with prospects regarding operational challenges and fund administration solutions

Expand relationships with key industry influencers and referral sources

Develop and maintain networks with audit, tax, legal, consulting, banking, and advisory professionals

Attend industry conferences, networking events, and business development meetings

Track industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce

Collaborate with leadership and operational teams during sales pursuits and RFP processes

Support proposal development, presentations, and client onboarding activities

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business development targets
