Locum Hematologist Oncologist

• Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
• State: WI
• Licensing Requirements: Wisconsin License or IMLC or Act 10
• Schedule: On-site 2 days per week. Days TBD. 8a-4:30p including a lunch period.
• Call Expectation: Outpatient
• Skills Required: Provider will be doing outpatient clinic - new consult and follow up, oversight of treatment. No inpatient work required, no call. No APC supervision. All inpatient work gets referred to Wausau (tertiary care). No procedures required.
• Volume/ Cases per day: 15 patients per day
• Required Certifications (Fellowship, Certs): BLS
• Setting (Inpatient/Outpatient/Remote/Onsite/Clinic based, etc): Outpatient
• Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 APP
• Credentialing Timeframe/Options: 60-90 (can grant temps)
