Dermatology & Palliative Care Certified Nurse for Government

Prescliff Garbury Advisory is hiring a Dermatology & Palliative Care Certified Nurse for Government in Brookfield, Waukesha County. This is a contract position.
What you will do
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and raise them through the correct channel.
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and note when a patient's case departs from them.
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
