Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team in the Greater Houston area.
In this full-time, on-site role, the CRC will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies, ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, study protocols, and institutional policies.
We are quickly expanding our presence in the Houston area and are looking for a CRC with phlebotomy experience and someone open to traveling to different sites!
For this role, our Tomball site will be the primary location, but the candidate must be open to traveling to different sites in the Houston area, when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of clinical research studies
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
• Obtain and document informed consent
• Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation
• Liaise with investigators, clinical staff, CROs, and sponsors
• Blood draws, lab processing shipping
• Support all aspects of study visits and follow-up procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of GCP, Informed Consent procedures, and Protocol compliance
• Previous experience managing clinical trials across various phases and indications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in clinical trial software and electronic data capture systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Willingness to float between sites in the Greater Houston area
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
