**We are seeking a full time, onsite Clinical Research Coordinator in Bellevue, WA**





Location: Bellevue, WA

Schedule: Full time, onsite

Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: 65K-80K (Depending on experience)





We’re seeking a Research Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of Phase II–IV clinical trials, working closely with patients, physicians, sponsors, and research teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate daily clinical trial activities and patient visits

• Screen and enroll eligible research participants

• Conduct informed consent discussions and collect medical histories

• Collect and document adverse events and study data

• Perform clinical research procedures including labs, ECGs, tonometry, and pupil exams

• Maintain source documentation, regulatory files, and study records

• Enter and review data in EDC systems and resolve queries

• Coordinate monitor visits and support sponsor/IRB requirements

• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve enrollment goals

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 1+ year of clinical research experience

✔️ College degree preferred or significant relevant experience

✔️ ICH-GCP training/certification

✔️ IATA certification

✔️ Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

✔️ Ophthalmic experience preferred
