Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Oncology | Georgia

I’m currently recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Outpatient Infusion/Oncology opportunity in Georgia. This is a great direct-hire opportunity for an oncology pharmacist looking for a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Setting: Ambulatory / Outpatient Infusion
System: EPIC
Role Mix: Approximately 80% staffing / 20% administrative

Responsibilities:

Support outpatient infusion and oncology pharmacy services
Review medication therapy and make clinical recommendations
Support medication safety and quality initiatives
Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals
Help develop protocols, guidelines, and order sets
Precept and support pharmacy staff, residents, and students

Requirements:

Active Georgia Pharmacist license
Oncology experience required
PGY1 residency highly preferred, or
5 years of clinical experience working with oncology patients
ID/Antimicrobial Stewardship experience is a plus
