Clinical Pharmacist Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist Lead to support safe and effective medication use within the organization.







Key responsibilities include:





- Verifying medication orders and collaborating with nursing staff
- Managing inventory, medication preparation, and Pyxis refills
- Supporting medication delivery, patient counseling, and prior authorizations
- Participating in REMS programs and departmental committees
- Contributing to workflow optimization, policy development, and patient safety initiatives
- Supervising and directing pharmacy support personnel
- Evaluating medication appropriateness based on patient condition
- Providing education and serving as a liaison with healthcare practitioners
- Leading in policy review, implementation, and process improvements





Qualifications and skills:





- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Licenses including RPh and Medication Therapy Services in MO
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Ability to assess, monitor, and modify medication therapy based on patient needs
- Participation in educational initiatives and policy development
