Clinical Nurse - Part-Time (Days/Nights)

Role Overview:



This nursing position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and compliance. Nurses collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.



Responsibilities include:





- Educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medication administration.
- Participating in safety, quality, and professional development activities.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and barriers to involvement in care.
- Communicating effectively across care teams to ensure continuity of care.





Qualifications and Skills:





- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
- RN licensure required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior experience necessary; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.

- Modified self-scheduling in 6-week periods, with shifts of 2-12 hours, including every 3rd weekend and holiday.
