Clinical Nurse - ICU Nights

Role Overview:



This is a full-time night shift nursing position involving direct patient care in a high-acuity hospital setting. The role emphasizes providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses will educate patients and families, promote healing-centered care, and develop individualized care plans aligned with standards of nursing practice. Qualifications & Skills:





- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
- Prior experience is not required, but 2+ years is preferred for advanced roles
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
