Role: Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations on a busy stepdown overflow unit, overseeing daily patient flow and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Support bedside nurses with complex assessments, care planning, and discharges to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote safety and quality initiatives.
• Mentor staff, foster evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical resource within the unit.
