Clinical Nurse - $32-48 per hour

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Unit provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.
• Develops, documents, and communicates individualized care plans collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of Nursing Program with an RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
• ICU or critical care experience is a plus.
