Clinical Manager - Specialty

The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include providing patient care, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Must hold department-specific credentials, such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration.
• Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas, and PALS for Pediatric areas excluding NICU.
• Fetal Monitoring certification through the National Credential Center or AWOHNN is required for L&D nurses.
• Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications.
