Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist North East London NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Regional Prosthetics Service at Mayflower Community Hospital. This is a permanent position offering 28 hours per week, with a salary aligned to Band 8a (£57,528 - £64,750, pro-rated for part-time hours).

The Role
As the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the Regional Prosthetics Service by providing both clinical leadership and occupational therapy line management. This role combines leadership responsibilities with holding a complex clinical caseload, focusing on individuals with upper and lower limb loss referred to the service. You will lead the multidisciplinary team (MDT) in managing prosthetic rehabilitation and functional retraining for individuals with upper limb loss or difference.

Starting with NELFT (delete for internal only)
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being

undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which
will include mandatory training, systems training and the
allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will

engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The
induction will be held at our head office in Goodmayes Hospital.

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,303 to a maximum of £2,198 p.a. pro rata for part time)
