Clinical Educator - Cardiac Telemetry

Role Overview:



Develops and implements staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with staff and leadership to assess educational needs and creates tailored training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Participates in ongoing professional development and promotes a culture of continuous learning.



Responsibilities include:





- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities.
- Collaborating with teams to develop and present clinical training and continuing education.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supporting staff development through professional growth initiatives.





Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
- RN license required.
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience not required.
- Preferred certifications include Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.
