Immediate opening for an Litigation Attorney with 3+ years
of Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense
Litigation experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!



Must be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and have 3+ years of Insurance Defense or Workers' Comp litigation experience!





Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Wisconsin bar, and a proven track record in:


- Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense litigation;
- Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;
- A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;
- Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
- Embracing and developing client relationships;
- Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
- Excellent verbal and written skills; and
- Accurately report time.


Book of business appreciated but not required!
