The Salisbury VA Health Care System is seeking a Physician - Chief of Hematology and Oncology to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across its three main sites of care in Salisbury, Charlotte, and Kernersville, North Carolina. This role involves overseeing a high-volume medicine specialty program, actively participating in clinical research, and contributing to the training of fellows, residents, and medical students. The selected candidate will receive a full-time faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for all hematology and oncology services

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced clinical and research teams

Compensation

• Salary: $370,000-$400,000

• Sign-On Bonus
