Charge Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (Part Time)

We are seeking a

Registered Nurse

to provide high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Collaborating with care teams to develop and communicate care plans
Prioritizing patient flow and ensuring safety and compliance
Advocating for patients and addressing their concerns
Maintaining accurate documentation of patient conditions and interventions
Supporting performance improvement initiatives and professional growth
Mentoring and fostering a positive work environment

**Qualifications:**

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Active RN license (single-state or multi-state/compact)
Current BLS certification
Commitment to professional development and adherence to policies and standards
