Charge Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Medicine

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor patient conditions, document assessments and care provided, and assist with care plans.
• Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship, professionalism, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills.
