Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA license required

• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred

• Solid understanding of pediatric therapy techniques

• Ability to collaborate effectively with OTs, educators, and families

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Commitment to helping students achieve their individual therapy goals

• Open to interviewing Doms candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

• Participate in student assessments and help document progress

• Deliver direct therapy services to students as specified in IEPs

• Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to adapt activities for students’ needs

• Support data collection and ongoing documentation for student progress

• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports students’ independence

• Communicate regularly with the OT about student needs and progress
