Role: Assistant Vice President - Counsel
Employer: Global Advisory-Focused Investment Bank
Location: New York, NY
Experience Desired: 3-6 years of law firm and/or in-house private funds/secondaries experience.
Our client, a global advisory-focused investment bank providing private fund advisory and fundraising services for alternative investment managers, is looking for an Assistant Vice President to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house roles at a financial institution in the private funds/secondaries space.
The selected candidate will work closely with and advise the client’s advisory and placement agent businesses, working with management on various legal and regulatory matters.
Annual base salary is expected to start at $150,000 -$185,000, and is one component of the overall compensation package.
