We are currently seeking dedicated first and second shift lumpers to join our team. Lumpers serve as the essential foundation of our operations and occupy a critical role within the organization. Primary responsibilities include unloading containers, as well as the systematic stacking and wrapping of pallets.
Professional Requirements
• Commitment to rigorous safety standards
• Possession of reliable transportation
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-velocity environment
• Strong internal motivation to achieve peak performance
• Capacity to unload an average of 1.5 containers per shift
• Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team member
Operational Schedule: Monday - Friday The warehouse is located in Stockton, CA.
Pay for this position is production-based, meaning each container is worth anywhere from $100 to $300. Once you have unloaded and palletized the container, the earnings are yours. If you work with a partner, you will both split the pay for that container.
