100% Interventional Radiology Partnership Track (No Diagnostic Call)
Interventional Radiologist (Partnership Track)
Central Florida Metro (1 Hour from Downtown Orlando)
Regular Full-Time
The Opportunity:
Are you tired of reading piles of diagnostic cases while trying to run an IR service? This is a 100% Interventional Radiology role with a highly successful, independent physician group in Central Florida. Built on a legacy of deep community roots and financial stability, this practice allows you to practice pure IR alongside a highly supportive, democratic team.
This position features an explicit partnership track with full equity potential and zero diagnostic reading requirements.
Position Highlights & Compensation:
• Zero Diagnostic Call: Protect your time and energy. IR call is shared equally among the team, with absolutely no diagnostic call responsibilities.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities:
• Perform a diverse, high-impact spectrum of interventional procedures (including PVD interventions, aortic stent grafts, UFE, venous access, and deep visceral work).
• Interpret necessary vascular diagnostic imaging studies (Ultrasound, CTA, MRA).
• Provide inpatient clinical consultations and lead/supervise the group's mid-level providers.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and community networks to actively support and scale the practice's local IR footprint.
Minimum Requirements:
• MD or DO degree with successful completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology (or equivalent IR/DR pathway).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
• Active Florida Medical License (or immediate eligibility) in good professional standing.
