We are recruiting on behalf of a highly stable, 100% physician-owned practice in Southwest Florida. This permanent, full-time position is designed for a procedural specialist who wants to escape corporate hospital bureaucracy and step into a collaborative, physician-centric ecosystem.

Unlike traditional "hybrid" roles that pull you back into the diagnostic pile, this track features a dominant Interventional Radiology case mix with a dedicated strategic mandate to scale advanced Interventional Oncology volume.
• Clinical Balance: High-Yield IR Procedures (Majority Mix) supplemented by strategic general diagnostic interpretations.
• Geographic Target Area: Highly desirable Southwest Florida Coastal Corridor.
• Quality of Life: Balanced 1:4 weekend call rotation shared equally among the IR team.

Clinical Responsibilities & Environment
• Perform a broad, sophisticated scope of vascular and non-vascular image-guided interventions across both hospital and state-of-the-art outpatient imaging matrices.
• Champion the clinical growth of the Interventional Oncology service line, collaborating directly with regional oncology networks.
• Deliver clean, efficient diagnostic reads during designated non-procedural blocks, supported by an advanced operational infrastructure.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible via the ABR or AOBR.
• Training: Successful completion of a VIR Fellowship (Vascular and Interventional Radiology).
• Skillset: Elite procedural precision, strong diagnostic competency, and a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Licensure: Active Florida (FL) medical license or eligibility for expedited in-state onboarding.
