We are proud to announce the forthcoming publication of Voices of Oncology — a first-of-its-kind collection of expert perspectives from across the oncology ecosystem, arriving July 2025 in partnership with Forbes Books.

Co-edited by Dr. Kirk V. Shepard, MD and Dr. Ramin Farhood, PharmD, MBA, Voices of Oncology gathers the insights of more than 30 influential leaders in oncology drug development, clinical research, advocacy, and healthcare innovation. These contributors represent the full spectrum of cancer care — from biotech pioneers and pharmaceutical strategists to academic researchers and patient-focused advocates.

More than just a book, Voices of Oncology is a movement — one driven by the urgent need to break down silos and foster collaboration across functions, companies, and stakeholder groups. Its goal: to accelerate access to innovation and improve outcomes for people facing cancer.

Each chapter in Voices of Oncology offers not only deep expertise, but also a candid look at the systemic challenges — and untapped opportunities — that shape the future of cancer treatment. The publication invites readers into real-world case studies, cross-sector strategies, and future-forward ideas that aim to reshape the way we approach oncology innovation.

Why This Matters

Cancer remains one of the most complex and dynamic challenges in healthcare. The pace of scientific progress is extraordinary — yet access to that innovation remains uneven, fragmented, and often hindered by organizational and communication barriers.

Voices of Oncology addresses this head-on. It amplifies the lived experience and thought leadership of those working at the heart of this field. It creates common ground — a platform where pharma, providers, regulators, and patients can align their efforts and accelerate impact.

Coming July 2025

As the inaugural release in a new series of collaborative publications, Voices of Oncology sets the tone for what’s next: a more connected, transparent, and purpose-driven future for oncology.

Stay tuned for pre-order details, exclusive contributor highlights, and community discussions leading up to the July 2025 launch.
