Job Description

Per Diem. Candidate will perform nuclear medicine procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures requiring independent professional judgment, with initiative and ingenuity to administer radiopharmaceuticals for radiologic diagnosis utilizing equipment specific to the modality. Assists and/or administers radiopharmaceuticals. Maintains general oversight of quality assurance and quality control as it pertains to nuclear medicine services, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

Specialty registration in nuclear medicine (ARRT) or NMTCB certification;
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred; CPR Certification; Prior experience with NRC guidelines and performing QA/QC Testing per NRC / DOH regulations; Previous experience in nuclear medicine preferred; Computer skills preferred.
