The Role

The VP Sales, Pharmaceutical Partnerships will own and scale the company’s commercial relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences partners in the US
. This role is central to revenue growth and strategic positioning, working closely with senior stakeholders across pharma, medical affairs, commercial, and market access functions.

This is a hands-on, externally facing leadership role
, suited to a senior commercial operator with deep credibility in oncology-focused pharma partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale US pharmaceutical partnership sales
, from opportunity identification through deal close and expansion
• Build and manage senior relationships across oncology-focused pharmaceutical and biotech companies
• Position the company’s platform as a strategic partner across real-world evidence, patient support, engagement, and outcomes-driven initiatives
• Own revenue targets and pipeline development for pharma partnerships
• Collaborate closely with product, medical, and data teams to shape partnership offerings
• Represent the company with credibility at industry events and executive-level discussions
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Senior sales or business development leader from oncology-focused pharma services, digital health, health tech, or life sciences platforms
• Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value partnerships into pharmaceutical companies
• Deep understanding of oncology drug development, commercialization, and stakeholder dynamics
• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong executive presence and ability to sell strategically at C-suite and VP level
• US-based, with willingness to travel
