VP Product And Clincial- Medical Imaging

Our client is a fast-growing medical imaging technology company developing AI-enabled solutions that support radiology workflow, clinical decision-making and earlier diagnosis.

Following recent investment and continued adoption across US health systems, the business is looking to appoint a Vice President of Product & Clinical AI. This person will define the product vision and lead the development of clinically valuable, commercially scalable and regulated imaging-AI solutions.





You will act as the connection between radiologists, customers, clinical affairs, engineering, data science, regulatory and commercial leadership.





Key responsibilities:






- Define and deliver the global product strategy and roadmap
- Lead product-management, clinical and applied-AI teams
- Translate clinical and customer needs into clear product requirements
- Develop relationships with radiology leaders and health-system partners
- Oversee clinical-validation and evidence-generation programmes
- Partner with regulatory teams on FDA submissions and product clearances
- Support enterprise customers through evaluation, adoption and deployment
- Work with commercial leadership on product positioning, launches and strategic partnerships
- Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Present product strategy to the executive team, board and investors


The successful candidate will have:


- Senior product leadership experience within medical imaging, radiology technology or clinical AI
- Experience taking regulated software or software-as-a-medical-device products through development and launch
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and hospital technology environments
- Experience working with FDA-cleared products and clinical-validation programmes
- The ability to lead across product, clinical, technical and commercial functions
- Strong communication skills and credibility with clinicians and executive stakeholders
- A relevant scientific, clinical, engineering or product background
