Job Summary
The role leads the oncology service line with a strategic vision, driving operational excellence and financial stewardship to achieve organizational goals. This position oversees daily operations, mentors leadership teams, and fosters collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. By championing innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating services seamlessly, the role aims to enhance outcomes and position the organization as a leader in oncology care.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
- Masters required at time of hire. If not held, the degree must be obtained within three years of the hire date.
Licenses & Certifications:
- FACHE (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- Fifteen (15) Years of Experience required, Healthcare experience preferred. Must have experience developing and executing strategies, managing multiple acadmic partnerships, and oversight of multiple locations and varied clinical areas.
Management Experience:
Ten (10) Years of Experience in Healthcare administration, operations or service line management.
Communication Skills:
- Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
- Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)
- Writing/Correspondence
