VP Of Operations & Revenue
BODY Hot Pilates · New York metropolitan area, PA
FULL-TIME
Posted Sep 7, 2026
Job Description
BODY Hot Pilates · New York, NY (on-site, with regular Florida travel) · Full-time · Executive
About BODY
BODY Hot Pilates is the fastest-growing heated mat pilates brands in the country — fully corporate-owned (zero franchising), founder-led, and profitable. We operate studios across Florida and New York, with a pipeline that will more than triple our footprint this year, including our ground-up flagship in Midtown Miami and our SoHo studio in New York. We're hiring our first VP of Studios & Revenue to own all of it.
About the role
This is not a corporate ops job. You will own the revenue number for every studio we operate (7+ locations) — and every General Manager, Regional Director, and front-of-house team member who produces it. You'll report directly to our CEO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders as we scale from a handful of studios to a national brand.
What you'll own
- Full P&L for all BODY studios in Florida and New York — revenue to four-wall EBITDA
- The company revenue number: memberships, class packs, retail, and teacher-training enrollment — you carry the target, you forecast it weekly, you hit it
- Two Regional Directors (you'll hire them) and the GM bench beneath them
- The operating playbook: front-desk sales process, class-grid optimization, retention and win-back, presale and grand-opening execution for every new studio
- New-studio launches from keys to run-rate: hiring, training, presale, opening — repeatable, and faster every time
- Studio standards in a heated concept where the room itself is the product: facilities, cleanliness, safety, uptime
- The talent engine: recruiting, developing, and compensating GMs who behave like owners
How you'll be measured
Total studio revenue vs. plan · same-studio revenue growth · four-wall EBITDA margin · average heads per class · speed-to-run-rate on new studio openings
What you've done
- 7–10+ years in multi-unit fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer operations, with direct P&L ownership of at least 10 locations — District/Regional Director or above at an operator like Barry's, Orangetheory, CorePower Yoga, Equinox, Solidcore, SoulCycle, or equivalent
- Carried and beaten revenue targets — you can talk conversion rates, churn math, and heads-per-class without opening a laptop
- Opened studios or clubs: you've run presales and know what a great opening month looks like
- Built and managed GM benches: hired, promoted, and exited
- Thrive in a founder-led company: fast, direct, no layers, no politics
- New York-based or willing to relocate; 40–50% travel to Florida and across the NY studios
Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000
- Performance bonus up to 40% of base, tied directly to studio revenue, EBITDA, and new-studio openings — uncapped upside above plan
- Long-term incentive tied to the value you help create
- A written path to the COO seat as the studio count grows
