Job Description
A part-time virtual opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist with expertise in school-based practice. This role supports students through telehealth services within a charter school setting during the 26/27 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver occupational therapy services remotely using teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with school staff to assess and support student needs.
• Provide individualized treatment plans to promote student participation and skill development.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and school requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings and consultations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license and current clearances.
• Minimum of two years experience practicing as an OT within a school environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery methods, including teletherapy.
• Strong communication skills applicable to virtual interactions.
• Ability to manage a small caseload efficiently within limited weekly hours.
Location and Commitment:
• Position based entirely in Pennsylvania, with remote work from home.
• Contract role structured as a 1099 agreement.
• Commitment of approximately 1-2 hours per week, offering flexibility in scheduling.
