About the Role

Join our team as the Vice President of Program Management, where you will play a crucial role in advancing our clinical-stage oncology programs. In this position, you will serve as the operational backbone of our pipeline, focusing particularly on our multi-node PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor program. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven leader with a robust scientific background and a proven track record in biotech or pharmaceutical drug development, especially in oncology.

Your responsibilities will include owning the integrated program plan, proactively keeping leadership informed, managing decision-making processes, and overseeing program budgets and resources. A strong proficiency in AI tools to boost operational efficiency is essential. You will need to effectively lead through influence rather than authority.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in biotech or pharma drug development, with extensive background in program or portfolio management. Experience in guiding a program through late-stage development to approval or commercialization is vital. A preference will be given to candidates with a focus on oncology and expertise in small-molecule or PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway programs.

Your role will demand a comprehensive understanding of the integrated drug-development process and the ability to influence senior executives. You will be a strategic leader with a strong bias for execution, excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in supporting business or corporate development. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while being genuinely committed to our mission is a key component of this role.
