About the Role
We are on the lookout for a visionary Vice President of Clinical Development to spearhead our hematology and cell therapy programs. In this pivotal role, you will define and lead our global clinical development strategy, particularly for late-stage assets in hematology and transplant/cell therapy. Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing Phase 1-3 clinical trials, directing regulatory strategy, and engaging with global health authorities.
You will play a key role in lifecycle planning, label expansion, and portfolio prioritization, while also providing executive medical oversight for safety, data interpretation, and benefit-risk assessments. As a leader, you will drive external scientific engagement, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build and lead high-performing clinical development teams.
Qualifications:
• MD or equivalent medical degree
• At least 10 years of clinical development experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Deep expertise in hematologic malignancies, particularly AML and MDS
• Experience in stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies, including CAR-T and NK
• Proven track record in leading late-stage clinical programs and regulatory interactions
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
• Experience in oncology modalities such as radiopharmaceuticals, immunotherapy, or targeted therapies
