Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Rolling Hills Estates, CA.





We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, that is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its five-doctor team.





This is a close-knit, collaborative practice where doctors support each other clinically and share the caseload without feeling stretched thin. The hospital is open Monday through Saturday, and the team works a four-day, ten-hour shift schedule, giving doctors three full days off every week. Saturday coverage is shared fairly, with each doctor only picking up one Saturday shift every five weeks.

About you:


- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in California
- Passionate about high quality, client focused medicine
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Open to sharing weekend coverage as part of a fair, rotating schedule






Benefits:






- Competitive base salary with production opportunities
- Salary between $160,000-$200,000 per year base salary + production
