Urology Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a Urologist to join a well-established practice in Northern Virginia. The role involves providing general urology services, with options to focus on subspecialties such as oncology. The practice is part of a large, 35-year-old urology group, affiliated with a 500-bed level II trauma center.

Responsibilities include approximately 2 days in the OR and 2 days in clinic per week. The practice features 3 da Vinci XI robots, with robotic experience preferred but not required. The physician will benefit from a 4-day workweek, 6 weeks of PTO, and a call schedule of 1:7.

Qualifications include an MD/DO degree and experience or training in urology. Mentorship is available for recent graduates or residents. The position offers competitive compensation and partnership opportunities.
