Urology | $775K Base + Robotic Surgery | Central Kentucky
Practice Highlights
- Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital-employed urology opportunity in a recognized Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery, with two da Vinci surgical robots on site
- Optimal Patient Volume: Established patient panel from a retiring urologist, roughly 20 patients per day in clinic

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $775,000 guaranteed salary each contract year, plus wRVU productivity upside.
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 bonus
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually)
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed
- Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days
- PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one
- Experience: Experienced urologists preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
- Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply
