Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts with 24-hour call coverage

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM; approximately 4-12 shifts per month

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Estimated Weekly Pay: $75,600-$81,000

Job Requirements

• Board certification required

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required; IMLC accepted

• DEA registration required

• ACLS certification required

• 1+ years of urology experience preferred

• Experience with inpatient rounding and emergency surgical support preferred

• Experience in a Level II trauma hospital environment strongly preferred

• Comfort with Cerner EMR and outpatient record review preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour urology call coverage and inpatient rounding

• Evaluate and manage adult urology consults and inpatient cases

• Perform or assist with procedures as needed, including cystoscopy and/or stent placement

• Support treatment for kidney stones, including possible extraction or holmium laser lithotripsy

• Address acute urologic concerns such as hematuria, urinary tract infections, and rare torsion cases

• Collaborate with the emergency department and other providers for Foley catheter placement and urgent evaluations

• Provide responsive coverage for a busy regional hub serving surrounding communities
