Job Description
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join an expanding employed Urology program in a growing health system near Chicago.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive urology care with a flexible practice structure that balances clinic and OR duties based on physician preference. The role offers access to 2 robotic systems and modern ORs, supporting subspecialty interests while maintaining a general urology scope. Candidates will work within a strong referral base with high patient demand, supported by dedicated APPs and integrated with Epic EMR.
Qualifications include being eligible or certified in Urology and able to obtain licensure in Indiana. The role welcomes experienced physicians and residents/fellows.
Compensation & Benefits include a base salary of $700K–$800K plus RVU bonuses, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits like PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and licensure reimbursement.
