About the Role:
Intermountain Health is expanding our Urology service line and is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist with a focus on urologic oncology, complex surgical care, and program development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician enthusiastic about building a high-quality urology practice in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include practicing across a wide range of urology with an emphasis on urologic oncology. This will involve diagnosis, treatment planning, complex surgical management, minimally invasive procedures, and comprehensive pre- and postoperative care. You will also address general urology needs, including prostate conditions, kidney stones, UTIs, Men's Health, TURPs, and BPH treatment, using advanced technologies like the DaVinci robotic system and Aquablation.
How We'll Support You:
We offer a competitive compensation package, starting with an initial base salary of $560,000, along with a wRVU bonus structure. A starting bonus of $25,000 and a relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is available for eligible candidates. What You'll Bring:
• Minimum of 2 years post-training experience
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Residency trained and Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Active DEA or ability to obtain one
• Successful completion of Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Expertise in TURPs and robotic procedures using the DaVinci robotic system is preferred
