Practice:
Urology Clinics of North Texas (UCNT) is a leading independent provider of comprehensive urologic care across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Founded in 1999, UCNT has grown to include Urologists, Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, and more than 500 dedicated staff members.
With 21 convenient locations across Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties, UCNT remains committed to expanding access to high-quality urologic care throughout North Texas.
Position:
UCNT is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to build a successful practice within our growing, well-established independent group. Physicians at every career stage receive the collaboration, mentorship, and organizational support needed to develop their practice and deliver excellent patient care.
We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and recent fellowship graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow a practice focused on managing the full spectrum of urologic disorders.
• Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures.
• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of urologic conditions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes patient outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of advances in urology and incorporate evidence-based developments into clinical practice.
Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree and successful completion of an accredited urology residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
