Our rapidly growing cancer institute is looking to hire a full-time, fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist and Robotic Urologic Surgeon to join our talented team at City of Hope. We are committed to research and patient care, paving the way for discoveries that enhance lives.
As a Urologic Oncologist and Robotic Urologic Surgeon, you will collaborate with an exceptional multidisciplinary team of experts dedicated to patient-centered care. Here’s what you can expect in this exciting role:
• A full-time position reporting to the Chief of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology.
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment within a leading outpatient clinic facility.
• Join a busy Urologic Oncology, Robotic Surgery, and General Urology practice with an established and expanding referral base.
• Work alongside esteemed colleagues in the Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology, including five other urologists and one APP, as part of a large, supportive team of 20 urologists overall.
• Participate as a faculty member in our Urologic Oncology Fellowship program, contributing to the education of upcoming specialists.
• Focus on clinical responsibilities (90-95%), utilizing advanced technologies including da Vinci DV5 and SP robotic systems.
• Engage in the development of clinical trials and research studies, enhancing the future of urologic oncology.
• Pursue academic appointments and contribute to educational initiatives in the field.

• Base Salary Range: $350,000 - $425,000 (for positions from Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels). Actual salary will be adjusted based on experience, training, community need, and other relevant factors.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and a proactive approach to building a successful practice.
• Applicants must possess an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree, with fellowship training in robotic surgery/urology, and be Board certified/eligible.
• An academic record that supports appointment eligibility from Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels.
• Hold or be eligible for the appropriate license to practice in California.
• Possess or be eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of California.
