Urologic Oncologist

The West Virginia University Health System is seeking a Urologic Oncologist to join the faculty at the West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Urology. In this role, the successful candidate will practice in Bridgeport and Morgantown, West Virginia, delivering exceptional patient care and educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Candidates may be appointed at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor based on qualifications.

• WVU Cancer Institute comprises a multidisciplinary care center, the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center (MBRCC), in Morgantown, West Virginia, as well as 16 regional sites across West Virginia and the surrounding region

• MBRCC is a quaternary cancer center housing the state's only Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program and the only Hyperthermic Intraoperative Peritoneal Chemotherapy Program

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Urologic Oncology

• Provide excellent patient care

• Actively be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows

Requirements

• Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent

• Eligible for state medical license

• Completed a Urology residency program

• Completed a Urologic Oncology fellowship program

• Board certified / eligible in Urologic Oncology

• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment
